Overview
Headquartered in Salem, Ohio, Giant Motorsports, Inc. ("Giant" or the "Company") is a holding company being utilized for the acquisition of powersports dealerships. The Company currently owns and operates two powersports dealerships in the mid-western region of the United States:

  • Andrews Cycles in Salem, Ohio (“Andrews”), a powersports superstore selling Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Polaris motorcycles, as well as all-terrain vehicles ("ATV's") and personal watercraft such as jet skis; and
  • Chicago Cycle Center in Chicago, Illinois (“Chicago Cycle”), a powersports superstore selling Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, and Ducati motorcycles as well as all-terrain vehicles (“ATV”). The Company plans to add Kawasaki to it’s offering as soon as practicable.

Andrews is located 60 miles south of Cleveland and Chicago Cycle is located right outside of downtown Chicago. Each dealership operates under agreement with most of its manufacturers, which generally provides an exclusive territory within a specified market area.

The Company's business consists primarily of the sale, financing, and servicing of new and used motorcycles, scooters, personal watercraft, and all terrain vehicles ("ATV's"). Giant also provides other related services and products including the sale of parts and accessories, extended service contracts, aftermarket motorcycle products, and customization and maintenance/repair services.

Prior to the acquisition of Chicago Cycle Center, for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2003, Giant Motorsports generated revenues of $46 million and operating income of $858,000. In addition, for the three months ended March 31, 2004, Giant Motorsports reported revenues and pre-tax income of $11.0 Million and $297,000 respectively.

The Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Russ Haehn is well known for his sound business judgement throughout the powersports industry with both dealers and manufacturers alike. He is also known for his willingness to trade inventory with other dealers. Mr. R. Haehn has pioneered a new dealer-exchange program for Yamaha products that has been adopted throughout the industry. Due to Mr. R. Haehn’s active involvement throughout the industry, the Company believes that it will have unequalled access to both attractive proprietary acquisition opportunities and talented management.
